We produce everything from name badges and desk signs up to 5 foot x 25 foot (and larger) full-color outdoor banner and hanging signs. Of course we also do everything in between. Our customers range from small businesses with a few signs to large corporations with literally hundreds or even thousands of signs of all kinds. And we do it all!!

Q: Do we do all types, sizes, colors, textures and even very complex signs?
A: YES!

Q: What is the difference between a custom sign shop and a quick/fast/instant sign shop and a print or copy shop?
A: We work with and for you to create a unique and exciting message that enhances your business. We invest with you so that you can come back time after time for consistent service, support and even the same signage. We keep you on file!! While we are a custom sign shop and work with each customer as if they are our biggest and best, we deliver our total service package at very competitive prices.

Q: What is the turnaround time for a vinyl or full-color sign/banner?
A: We have a 2-3 delivery time once we have your outline or artwork, have added or completed any graphics work, completed any additional color treatment, clean-up and you have signed off on it.

Q: What about a big banner over a weekend?
A: No problem! If we have agreed artwork, layout and design by 3:00pm Friday, you can pick up your banner after 3:00pm Monday.

Q: How do we design a logo or sign?
A: We have a talented team - we give thought to your business, the type, size and content of your previous or desired signs and go to work! We carefully consider your budget and all other factors around your business and where you are going to "display" your message. After all, your visibility, the message and the business investment you are making with us as your "creator" is a valuable business tool.

Q: What are acceptable formats for graphics and logos we send you?
A: We need the highest possible quality input from you to provide the optimum level of signage we can return to you. We use cutting-edge hardware and software to ensure our quality is superior. We need True-Size, vector images that are typically produced by Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and/or high-resolution images from a digital camera or similarly produced material. We can't produce better resolution than what we get without added design, treatment or graphic editing charges. Here's the details:

*For digital printing from Photoshop, we need extensions .psd, .tiff, or .eps. If we need to manipulate or treat the data, we need .psd with layers and all fonts must be rasterized.

*All files in .eps or .ai must be in outline or path form.

*The resolution is the key to your sign's image! We need a minimum of 100 ppi (pixels per inch) at 100% of the file size.

*Vinyl banners and signs require a vector file (Adobe Illustrator (.ai or .eps) or a cadlink (.cdl) file. The file must be native vector file, not a re-sized bitmap (.jpeg, .tiff, .pdf, .bmp, .gif) file.

*We can't accept the following formats for digital printing: .ppt, .gif, .pdf. We will use jpegs only if they are the highest quality, first generation files with baseline optimized.

Q: What media can we accept files on?
A: We can accept:

*3.5 inch 1.44MB floppy disks.

*3.5 inch Iomega ZIP disks

*CD

*DVD images

*USB flash media

Q: Can I get a rush job?
A: A rush job involves selectively putting aside other work and having staff available to handle the rush job. Charges for rush jobs (typically same day or 24hr turnaround) are normally a minimum of 20% of the base price of the sign.

Q: What are design charges and how much are they likely to be?
A: We pride ourselves in delivering high quality graphic and design work on your logos, banners, seals and artwork needs. Your visibility and successful campaigns are our bread and butter! When our team spends time on design, illustrations, clean-up, color/photograph treatment, this is time we charge for our services. Typically we charge a minimum of 1/2 hour and in 1/2 hour increments. Current graphic design and layout work is charged at $50.00 per half hour.

Q: Can we have our sign installed by experts (with appropriate licenses)?
A: Yes, we do that all the time from small one use banners to freeway-size billboards and building lettering. Our installers are all licensed, insured and bonded with the appropriate authority in all areas we do business in.

Q: What about city codes?
A: Our team can advise and guide you on all matters with installation. They can and will advise on codes and assist you in obtaining any necessary permits

Q: What about guarantees?
A: Our signs are guaranteed against workmanship and material flaws for one year. We use the highest quality materials and inks. We also guarantee our outdoor banners and signs against fading for one year - and they will likely last 5-7 years...

Q: Can we have some one-on-one time to discuss our needs?
A: Simply call us and make an appointment. We will also be happy to spend one-on-one time with you on a Saturday when we are closed for normal business.
